Hi I am not sure about benign polyps bleeding, they left mine behind! They found a sliding hiatus hernia during my endoscopy so as you say the answer to the heart burn etc. My gp prescribed anti spasmodics for the pain i was getting in my colon as he thought it was diverticulitus but colonoscopy didn't find any, however because of my digestion issues they did seem to help. I think as you say the journey is going to be a bit long and complex. I am hoping that the doctor I see on Wednesday will have some answers or ideas on where we go next. Like you I feel that something is not quite right and the vaginal bleeding has now gone on for two weeks. I will let you know what they say on Wednesday.
