I’m just freaking out a bit and looking to reach out really, I know it’s hard for anyone to give an opinion on symptoms etc.

For background, I found a lump in my left breast a year ago - first diagnosed as a lymph node but that seemed strange so I asked to go back, second scan and biopsy diagnosed a fibrodenoma. It took 4 months to finally get diagnosed and totally stressed me out. While I was waiting for the slower referral back I paid over £450 for a private mri as I have breast implants but that came back totally clear.

so, about a month ago the same breast started to feel uncomfortable up into my armpit. I got an appointment today and she felt ‘nodular cystic changes’ at the very top of my breast (implant/breast edge) near my armpit and has referred me back.

I’m just so frightened. She told me not to worry too much - last scan was 5 months ago but im not sure they scanned that bit.
