Hi there,
I found a lump on my left side between my breast and armpit. I have read lots of things that suggest it could be because I am on my period and is due to hormonal inbalances, but am going to see a specialist tomorrow following an appointment with my GP who said it needs to be checked. The waiting is killing me and I just wanted to see if anyone had any advice they can give me to help with the wait. I’m trying to stay as positive as possible, but it’s so difficult when I need to wait until tomorrow to do the ultrasound and get the results.
