I had a cervical polyp removed yesterday, and also had cells taken from my womb, I was told that I would have mild discomfort, but I am in a lot of pain, I've taken co-codamol but it hasn't helped. Is this normal
If you are in a lot of pain, I think the best thing to do is to get in touch with your GP today if you can and mention that you have had this procedure but are now in a lot of pain and even painkillers are not making you feel better. So do get in touch with your doctor so that they can look into this - they will be in the best position to advise you further.
