I have a history going back over 12 months of initial post nasal drip, blockage on the right side of the nose, thick bloodshot nose discharge that doesn't get better after antibiotics or steroid sprays. Then about 6-8 months ago I started having mild pain and tingling on the same side jaw, and pain on the same side shoulder/neck. In addition to these, about  4 months ago I noticed that the tip my nose started to bend slightly to the opposite side of the blocked nose as the bone part of my nose started to protrude slightly (it is not a soft mass, it is like the bone at the top right of my nose started to grow). Around the same time I started to have a blocked ear and tinnitus. My GP saw and felt my face getting slightly distorted and at last ordered an ultrasound of my neck - It came back with few subcentimetre reactive lymph nodes on the right pre and post auricular region. My GP made an urgent referral to ENT that ordered an emergency sinus CT scan. (obviously I freaked out even more when ENT doc made an emergency request for CT!)

Currently none of the symptoms above disappeared, jaw pain is worse plus I don’t have any sense of smell on my right nose and a pain/pressure above or below the eyes.

Now after 2 weeks of very strong antibiotics and more nose drops/sprays again, the ENT doctor wants to see me asap regarding the results of my CT scan .

The ENT secretary did not want to tell me the results but did say that I need to see the doctor to discuss the result.

I am trying my best to do not worry BUT what else can it be other than a tumour? Please share your initial symptoms, stories, journey while waiting test results  with me, …. I just need advice and perhaps feel that I am not alone
