Try not to question how you're feeling and know that the emotional difficulties will improve in time. In terms of specific support, if you'd like to speak to our nurses you can reach them on 0808 800 4040 - Monday-Friday, 9-5. If you don't find you get the support you need from them, they'll be able to direct you to other outlets for any help.

Do also discuss any medical concerns or questions with your doctor, as it's of course important that you're as fully informed as possible about managing the situation.
