Hi so Iv had bad symptoms of lower tummy pain then needing go for number 2 and noticed their stuff in it also sometimes blood on the tissue
sometimes pain so bad I can’t even stand but now like 1/2 years later I feel extremely tired like had no sleep but I also have very low server iron amiena iv been told by someone I know that might been diagnosed wrongly because one the bowl cancers are linked with low iron iv been taking iron tables off doctors but apparently wen did recent bloods hasn’t gone up by much ?
Also so I am only young in 20s but I knew bowl cancers have gone through my family somewhere
