Worried about lymphoma

Hi there. For a while i have had weird symptoms.. firstly it was abnormal bruising which i didnt take notice of as i was losing weight due to the gym. However i stopped the gym due to motivation levels and i am still losing weight!!

I have lost nearly 2 stone since feburary time. I also have a strange lump in the back of my mouth and weird mouth speckles on my cheek which are white. This is something the doctor will look at either today or tomorrow when i have more tests. I also have raised lymph nodes in my neck which feels tender and randomly presents me with shooting/throbbing/stabbing pains. I also have similar pains in my chest and back between the shoulder blades

So i had blood tests and my blood count and platelets are fine in routine bloods. However they found an abnormality in my blood clotting. More blood tests today are being conducted on this abnormality.

Is it possible to have cancer if my blood count and platelets are fine?!

I also have a history of GERD. Some symptoms i can put down to this such as upset stomach, heartburn and feeling of a spicey burning throat and also post nasel drainage. Plus the pains at the top of my stomach.. however on the other hand this could all be down to cancer!! And i didnt used to get heartburn in the throat or have raised lymph nodes in neck or any kind of pain around this or in my chest or back.

I have researched blood clotting disorders and i dont seem to fit with any of the symptoms of a blood clotting disprder.

I also have anxiety which i have applied to receive CBT for at this particular time as i am absolutely certain i have something wrong with me however my anxiety makes it worse.
