There’s this thing sticking out the floor of my mouth and I can feel it with my tongue it is also visible when I look in the mirror and I’ve done some research and I can’t find anything similar other than mouth cancer which frightens me I haven’t told the doctor as it doesn’t hurt it’s just annoying can someone please diagnose it or give me some advice?
