I have a tiny red mark on my left breast. I noticed it a few weeks ago and thought maybe I had nipped my skin.

i maybe completely dramatic but would you get this looked at? I thought it would have done by now

For the last couple of weeks my left boob has been really itchy no eczema or dry skin also very itchy nipple with a red spot on it no discharge no dry skin just very itchy all day I've googled the symptoms and thinking the worst I've rang the doctors but at this time with the corona virus I have to wait for a phone call to do a video call I'm so nervous but also worried at the same time anyone have the same itching and red spot ?
