Hi all,

So had my x-ray and bloods taken last Wednesday (31/7) on my intital appointment, and told PET-CT would be in 2-3 weeks, with consultant follow-up in 4 weeks. I received a phone call this Monday to say they had booked my PET-CT for 2 weeks time, and came home to a letter saying my follow-up appointment was on the 27th. 

I then got a phone call a few hours later at work saying the consultant had requested I was booked in to the scan sooner, and wanted me booked for this Friday or following Monday, my choice, so chose the soonest. Slighty concerned she's requested one sooner, maybe based on my x-ray and bloods? 

I then got a phone call this morning saying my consultant has cancelled the appointment for the 27th and would like to see me next Wednesday following the scan. I've now gone in to panic mode as I had kept myself calm, and now can't help but think it's worrying news if she's brought the appointment forward two weeks when she wasn't previously as concerned. 

Just needed to get it out so wasn't bottled in,
