Hi, 

I'm waiting for my 2 week referral appointment (not until 20th because of a holiday next week) because I found a large, hard, imovable lump on my right breast last week.  This weekend I noticed that just below my armpit, I could feel a sort of ache, and it feels very slightly swollen and tender to the touch.  Is that likely to be lymph nodes do you think?  And if so, does that mean it's more likely to be cancer?  

I know I need to just wait for my referral appointment, but I can't stop myself worrying (and googling).
