I have an adult daughter who is currently not registered with a gp. 

Over the past few days she's been Ill. She's had the following symptoms.

Pain her right side/back 

Bones aching 

Lots of new spots marks which are a variety of redish and Brown. 

She feels bloated 

And is starting to breath really heavy. 

She's also out of breath/panting when just walking up the stairs  

Is there any advice she says she feels silly going to a&e.
