Swollen Lymph Nodes - Terrified

Hi all,

i found a painful lump in my groin last week. I’ve since had 2 more come up in my groin and a pea size one I’ve just found above my collar bone.

Ive been to the doctor and she has prescribed penecillin. I have blood and urine tests tomorrow, but I feel sick with stress.

I am so so worried it’s lymphoma I can’t concentrate and I can’t breathe properly.

has anybody been in a similar situation?

I am otherwise well (I think), and this is such a stressful time.

Welcome to the forum although I'm sorry to hear that you've been unwell recently.
It's understandable that you're worried about these lumps. It sounds as if the GP is being thorough in asking for these tests to try and find the cause and I hope that you won't have to wait too long for the results to come back.
Do try to remember that there are lots of simple reasons that could be the cause; the blood and urine tests will give your GP a good idea about your general overall health.
