I can see from another post that you've been struggling with a slighty raised WBC for a number of years now and you mentioned that you've been told by the Dr's that it's nothing to be concerned about.
CLL isn't diagnosed on the basis of a raised WBC but on a whole range of other tests, signs and symptoms and you mention in your other post that your tests have all come back normal.
