I understand these things can be frustrating - the waiting for answers is always difficult and the uncertainty can cause worry. The main thing is you're being assessed and I hope you don't have too much longer to wait to find out more.

In the meantime try to keep yourself distracted and try not to dwell on the appointment too much - although I know this is often easier said than done.
