I’ve been experience breakthrough bleeding (post menopause on HRT) so I was referred for a scan. This showed some thickening so I then had a biopsy at the same appointment. I’ve just received a phone call asking me to go for a hysteroscopy in two days time. I wasn’t given any more information. I’m guessing abnormal cells must have been detected in the first biopsy. I’m wondering if anyone can offer me an insight because, naturally, I have already gone to the worse-case scenario in my mind
