Please don't see it as being your fault, it's great that you are getting the abnormal cells looked at and the colonoscopy is just a way for them to get a better look at the cervix. It can help to prepare yourself for this test so there is some information on the test here and a bit more on severe dyskaryosis, which I hope will help you feel more informed.

I'd suggest you try to do something relaxing or something that takes your mind off things and hopefully you get your appointment soon,

Thank you for the reassurance. 

I really appreciate the response as i have nobody to talk to about this my husband wont talk about it as i had a scare a few years back with a suspected sarcoma but in fact was just a fatty lump so i understand that he doesnt want to talk until i knoe more. 

I have no family to talk to and no friends either im a happy mom of 3 sons and trying my best to keep that up while feeling so scared inside i keeping myself busy as much as i can my.

My appointment is this thursday
