Hello reading up on thin stools as it’s been on my mind for a period of time 

I had a bad case of food poisoning years ago and since my bowel movements have been all over 

not really sure when I first noticed but would have been a few years ago that my stools where thin not sure when this started or for how long just put it down to the food poisoning issue 

I have no pain and go regular just thin soft stools ???? 

I’m 48 and no history in the family of bowel cancer

just confused
