Hi,

About a week and a half ago I found a lump in my left breast, I went to the GP who referred me to the hospital and I had all the routine tests there last Friday, ultrasounds, mammograms etc. Bottom line they don’t know what it is. It might be Cancer. They took 2 biopsies, 1 from the lump and 1 from my armpit as there were abnormalities there.

On Saturday I found out I was pregnant. Very early days with a much wanted baby. A miracle really as I’m 38 and it was only our second month of trying.

I’m currently on holiday and don’t get my results til next Friday. The DRs assured me it made no difference waiting til after the holiday to find out.

I’m now all over the place! I am happy about the pregnancy but don’t want to get attached as what happens if it is cancer and I can’t keep it? We only gave ourself 1 year of trying because of my age and left it to fate to decide if it was meant to be...

we aren’t telling anyone about the baby until we find out results... I’m trying not to google things as it comes to no good! 

Im so lost at the moment :(
