My mum has inflammatory breast cancer, ive researched it alot. Hers didnt present like this but I know everyones different. IBC is actually really really rare and theres a far greater chance that it is some kind of skin condition. Please try not to panic, I know how difficult that is though. Oh and try not to google, it will drive you crazy!  I had a big red patch on one of my breasts a few months ago and I drove myself mad with anxiety, especially because mum has ibc. It ended up eventually going away. How long have you had it for? 

How are you holding up waiting for your appt hun? Waiting for appts are the worst, I hope you are doing okay and are able to keep busy. Is the rash getting any worse? X

The other day I had a breakdown.. I’m feeling a bit of a broken mess as I don’t just have this to think about.. I have to collect medication on Monday to stop me from bleeding long enough so they can do a smear as I’m having periods on top of periods. Plus I’m going to need to have my shunt removed from my spine as it’s leaking but. Yes the rash is spreading and the itching oh my goodness I have cut my nails down to try to help.. xx how are you doing? How’s your mum? Xx 

Is it only on one breast? My mum is doing okay at the minute, her cancer cant be cured but is "stable". She first got it over 10 years ago and got 10 years clear then it came back. 

Im sorry you have other things going on too! That must be difficult. Im sure thursday cant come quick enough for you!
