hello 

I’ve had a lump for a few months now on my upper right breast. It has almost disappeared on occasion but I’ve noticed when I’m hot and sweaty it appears larger. Almost like a boil. It feels fairly firm and like I can hold it unde the skin. It also itches when it’s warm. In the mornings it’s hardly detectable... at night it seems way more noticeable. It hasn’t grown (apart from changing size slightly with body heat.) 

im ashamed to say I have poked and prodded it a bit. And now I’m wondering if it’s trauma or a scar.

i will get it checked by a doctor, but I have a major fear of doctors, and don’t even have a GP. I’m trying to muster the courage. Just wondered if anyone could help in the mean time. 

Tonight, after being extremely hot all day, it looked just like a red boil. But I know it’ll be hardly visible in the morning.
