Hi, not sure if this is the right place to speak just wanting to know if anyone’s been in a similar situation and what happened?

basically I have a roughly 4cm module on the left side of my thyroid, it was 3cm 3 weeks ago but I went back to see my doctor and they’ve said it now seems more like 4cm. I’ve been referred for an ultrasound scan. They’ve said it feels firm but is smooth. I’m just a bit concerned with it is all really and was just wondering what’s happened with anyone else that may of experienced this?
