In a lot of a cases, lumps and bumps mean nothing sinister but it's always best to be checked by a medical professional. As you're so young, if you haven't done that already, it may be a good idea to talk to an adult who is close to you like a parent or a relative so they can try to help you with the doctor's appointment.

When you are worried that you may have cancer, it can be tempting to look for answers on an online forum, but this can end up increasing anxiety rather than making you feel better.  And the only person that can diagnose you is your doctor.
