Hello,

I had my Lletz procedure on the 7th June following CIN3 I received a letter today to say I have been discharged back to my GP.

On the second sentence it states that it has been requested that my results are discussed at the next available colposcopy meeting.

Do I need to be worried?

It does sound as if your letter is a little confusing; it's understandable that this has left you unsure if there's anything to be concerned about.
Your GP should also have had notification from the hospital that you've been discharged back to them so I would suggest giving them a call and asking if someone can clarify what the letter means. Alternatively it may be that you want to make an appointment to chat things through with your Dr for some reassurance.
