hi, I’m new here... 

so basically I had a cold a week ago, I went to go see my doctor and he felt my glands and felt a little lump behind my ear and guessed it was a lymph node. However 3 days later I notice swelling on my left off of my neck and another 2 lumps appeared. They move when touched but are sore, I have a tiny bit of a cough nothing major and I’m guessing it’s from the cold as I suffer with a bad chest anyway. So I went to the doctors to get checked out and they took blood tests that showed infection and anemia, however they have been in touch with the ear nose and throat clinic and I am awaiting an appointment. However I am concerned as anybody would be, they have put me on antibiotics 250mg 8 tablets a day, is there anyone here that has had the same symptoms? I don’t have any other symptoms, literally just quite painful (only painful when pressed) swelling, I have been on the antibiotics a day but I can not seem to stop researching what could be wrong, I am only 20 and I am so concerned and worried...
