Hi

I had a uss last year and showed limpomatous mass. However my leg has been becoming increasingly painful and feels heavy.. I am still awaiting a mri. Could it be that is pressing on a nerve but still be benign ? Or can it be something more serious ? I can't describe it but sometimes at night feel like I want to chop of my leg like there stabbing pain ( don't know how else to describe it . My friends relatives said that it can't be benign anymore if it's so painful. I'm trying to keep positive  am sure the Dr's couldnt have diagnosed wrong from uss scan last year  ? Thanks for your help

  • Hi Butterfly125,

I'm sorry to hear about the pain you're in at the moment. I'm not able to advise on what may be causing it - the only real way to get your questions answered is to have the tests and to speak to your doctor about your worries, to hopefully get some clear answers and reassurance.

I hope you don't have too much longer to wait for the MRI - and I hope you're able to find out more soon. If you feel you need some relief from the pain, it might be worth visiting your doctor to discuss it.

    Wishing you all the best,

    Ben
