There’s a very good chance that there’s nothing wrong at all, but if it’s enough to worry you, it’s worth getting your GP to have a quick look at.

Sometimes moles can get infected underneath or next to them & this may be what the scab was. You are young so there is only a very small chance it could be anything serious but I would monitor it for a few days and, if it doesn't heal normally or it gets worse, I suggest you see your GP who may diagnose it as a simple skin complaint. If the GP isn't sure, they may refer you to a dermatologist but it doesn't necessarily mean it's something serious if this happens. Perhaps take a photo of it today so that you can monitor any changes & you can show it to your GP. The main thing is not to panic - the odds are in your favour that it's nothing serious. hello I’ll most likely get my gp to look at it like the mole is the same size it was before it’s not bigger but like next to it and abit underneath it is red now after I picked the scab it doesn’t hurt or anything and it’s on my right arm is that common place ? And all my other moles seem to be okay and normal and I do seem to get quite a few spots and all that on my right arm like I’m only 17 and I’m still the same weight everything else seems to be okay I just don’t know if I should worry because I have other problems on top of this 

please see your GP, it’s better to be safe than sorry. And it will certainly help put your mind to rest.

If you have other concerns, book a double appointment and ask about them too. They say a problem shared is a problem halved. But sometimes a problem shared with your GP is a problem solved.
