Im 27 years old female. I started to have sudden pain in my left lower side tummy back in October. I went to A&E many times around this time and they would tell me it's something gynecological. From that time I convinced myself that I had endometriosis as the pain got worse around my period.
I saw a gynecology consultant who arranged for a laparoscopy(key hole surgery) back in February. They didn't find anything. I kept having people( even my mum) telling me it's in my head because I had no fever and blood test came back negative.
During this time I also did a faeces sample where they found high inflammation. To me this was a sign a had a gynecological problem that caused this.
So the doctor referred me to a collorectal consultant and they decided to do a colonoscopy. To be honest I decided to give up at that point as my own mother was telling me that I had nothing and it was all in my head. So I ignored the pain and decided to live with it till early this month where I received a letter from.my gp saying that I need to be seen.
I'm waiting for the colonoscopy but the truth I am worried. I checked the symptoms and although I do not see any blood in my faeces I seem to have pretty much all of them.
My pain is in the same spot, has not moved. It wakes me up at night. It seems to be worse before, during and after my periods. I'm pretty sure something is not right there, I can feel it. When I press on that part of the pain, I can hear some noise(like something is moving inside) and I feel sick to my stomach.
