Welcome to the forum and I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting on a diagnosis at the moment. This really can be a difficult stage. I know that many of our members here find that waiting for tests and results can cause all sorts of anxious feelings to surface. 

It's super easy for me to say but try to keep busy between known and your appointment. Keeping busy will decrease the amount of time you have to think about things which is what heightens your anxiety.
