The past 16 days I’ve nearly gone out of my mind - I found a lump like your wife, only to be told then it was an 8 week waiting list to be seen. 

Obviously, the first thought is cancer but there are literally loads of things it could be.  

I paid to see a private breast specialist today & after an agonising wait & the bloody system crashed so they couldn’t read the mammogram, I was told it was fatty necrosis which could be caused by a trauma of some sort. So I was discharged and it WASNT cancer. 

So so stay strong.  I’m sending lots of good thoughts to your wife.   It’s not cancer until they say it is.
