You really have been through the mill -so very sorry you’ve had so much pain in your life.

recognising the impact of these personal tragedies is half the battle. The bereavement at 6 years old must have had a profound effect on you only to be further exacerbated when losing your mum as a teenager and your nan in your twenties.  I can see why your so anxious, perhaps ask your GP to refer you to counselling with one who has experience of PTSD - not saying you have it but would be useful to have a professional who at least knows about that branch of mental health.

Appointment is in two days and I’m so worried .. 

The more i feel the lump the more I’m convinced it’s not nice and round and smooth like the benign ones are it feels more like a few lumps next to each other . I’ve been feeling so tired lately but then I haven’t been sleeping good so that’s maybe why. It’s just so horrible waiting it’s heen 6 weeks now and I’m so nervous x

It’s a horrible wait - 6 weeks is like a lifetime and this stress will be impacting on your mental wellbeing. But it’s only two days away now, you’ve come through the hard part and now just short of the finish line. It’s normal to be nervous, I know I was. But try and keep positive thoughts in your head and keep busy, the next couple of days will fly by. Please come back onto the forum after your check up, I’d like to know the outcome. Hugs xxxx
