Hi, I was admitted to hospital last week with severe left abdominal pain. They have found a mass nearly 5cm all round with solid areas and cystic areas. They cannot find my ovaries and cannot confirm what it is attached to even after a Ct scan and internal and external ultra sound.

I was discharged Wednesday evening being told that they don't know what it is and they want to run tumour markers on my bloods and send all my results and case to an mdt meeting with a cancer specialist and radiographer.

I have not heard anything and tried to call the hospital three times this week and had to leave messages. I'm concerned I had a hysterectomy two years ago but ovaries were left. Ive Ive had two suspected burst cysts on right side but saying due to my age this should not be happening and unusual to have a large mass like this.

Any advice please?
