The waiting for results is a horrible time, we`ve all been there.

I can only advise you to stay off google it will drive you insane with worry and stress.

You didnt say whether your lesion is leukoplakia or other. Of course it will depend on your biopsy results where you will go from there. I think leukoplactic lesions can sometimes be observed on a watch and see basis i;e pre cancerous cells. So this is where you need to take a step at a time,don`t jump in at the deep end on google when you dont have a diagnosis yet.

Try to keep yourself busy and the days will pass.

I am in a waiting position too as I cant get my appointment brought forward so have to wait till August. I did spend a few days fretting after speaking with nurse but I cant do much about it unless as GP says I become a medical emergency.
