It's only been a few days but I've been having really dull headaches all over my head and have gotten petechiae spots all over my face and neck, no where else. I have been feeling rlly tired- like MEGA tired more so then usual. Paying attention and focusing has gotten difficult and I feel almost in like a trance state? My whole body has also gotten weak and I have palpitations and well overall I jst feel like trash and I really do think my brain isn't at its best right now and I feel like a mri scan could really tell but ofc I'm no doctor. Thanks for taking the time to read it.

Edit: sorry I forgot to mention, I'm also having pain in my throat and a little bit of trouble swallowing
