Welcome to the forum although I'm sorry to hear that Mum is experiencing some health problems. Understandably it's a difficult time for you all at the moment. It sounds as if the hospital have moved quickly to get all Mum's tests completed. 

I would imagine that if the hospital told you that you should hear by Monday that that was based on their expectations of when the tests would be completed and checked by the team responsible for Mum's care. Although she's not been given a follow up appointment at the moment do you have a contact number of name that you could call if you've not heard by the middle of next week? 

I'm glad to hear that the forum has been helpful to you since Mum's referral. We're lucky to have such a place where people can come together to support each other and share experiences at what can be a difficult time. Do keep posting Jo and let us know how Mum gets on. I'm sure that our members here will do their best to continue to support you.
