Need advice - don't know what to do anymore?

Hi I need advice. I have recently had multiple tests for lymphoma. It started because I had raised lymph nodes in my right armpit and was sent for a ct scan to see what was going on. The scan showed multiple raised lymph nodes in my right armpit. and it showed that my spleen was raised. I was then sent for a needle biopsy on one of them which showed the lymph node showed reactive features which was not cancer obviously. I then got sent for a pet scan and a bone narrow biopsy to double check. The bone narrow biopsy come back to normal and my pet scan show FDG avid activity but also showed the lymph nodes had reduced in size and the spleen reduced back to normal size. The doctor has said this seems to be reactive but not progressive lymphadenopathy. He said he will perform a CT scan in two months and if their are no signs of progressive lymphadenopathy he will discharge me. The lymph nodes don't seem to be going down through and its one month in, I also believe I have found more lymph nodes above my collar bone as of today. I don't know weather they are new or whether they saw them on the scans. I have heard lymph nodes above the collar bone mean cancer most of the time, should I call the doctor and arrange an appointment early ? Or should I leave it a month.
