Mammogram call back

Hi

This may be a silly question but does deodorant make such a difference to the results . I wore deodorant to my first one 3 years ago all was fine. This time I have been invited back. Will it be because I wore deodorant ? I can’t feel anything in either breast but I have had an ache and some pain in my right shoulder / arm for several weeks now. Could this be connected?

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. While I can't advise for certain on your question, I can't imagine deodorant would make a difference. If you have any particular concerns or questions about your test, you can always reach out to our nurses on 0808 800 4040 (Monday-Friday, 9-5).
