Hello! I am too awaiting for results. My results will be on Thursday. They did 2 core biopsy samples. Was yours slightly uncomfortable/stinging when they drew the sample back? I didn’t feel anything when they went in but definitely when they drew back!

Hi babaloo, I can honestly say the whole procedure was pain free, I had 3 core biopsies done...even when the local anaesthetic wore off and I had a bruise, there was no pain. Mind you I had a local anaesthetic in my other nipple last year to remove a lump that looked like a second nipple and that local anaesthetic injection was horrific - I thought I was going to faint lol...I think  to a certain degree it depends on who is doing the procedure....I get my results weds...good luck for yours on Thursday

Hi babaloo....my results are in...I have grade 3 triple negative breast cancer...treatment starts 9th July...my hysterectomy for Saturday is cancelled for the mo xx
