thyriod lump, biopsy coming up

Just looking for a bit of light at a very grey time

 I found a lump in the front of my neck in march. The Dr has tested my bloods for thyroid function and all normal. I then had an ultra sound which found a collection of cysts, apparently they dont have their own blood supply? However the lumps getting bigger and now ive been referred for a biopsy which i have coming up Friday. Anxious for the biopsy itself but terrified of the results. How long do biopsy results usually take to be available? I just feel alone with this whirling on around me.
