Keep staying away from Google, it'll only make you worry. There's no way of knowing what it is until the consultant has done all the tests, but you've got a week before your appointment so you could write all your questions you want to ask about the second dimple. Once you've done that, you may be able to put your worries out of your mind and focus on the things you like doing to help stay positive.

Yoga is a great form of mediatation, I'm sure it'll help you sleep!

I know it might be difficult, I find this quite hard myself, but a quick sun salutation in the morning will put you in a good mood for the rest of the day. Though I'd imagine you're aware of this from your classes already.
