I’m just looking for advice, today I had a CT scan after 11 days of agony to confirm kidney stones. The consultant confirmed no stones I have hydronephrosis on the right side but not from a blockage but from something external pushing on it. Turns out there’s nodules pushing on it causing the pain etc. Thing is I had a full hysterectomy 2 year ago and these nodules are where my ovaries would have been. I’ve been referred for internal ultrasound  next week and or MRI I’m wondering if it is cancer I find it hard to believe my endometriosis is back after having a full hysterectomy. Any advice please?
