I had an excisional biopsy on Monday for a suspicious mole and was told by the surgeon I would have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks for results. Today I received a letter for a follow up appoinment for 6 weeks time. Would biopsy results be back so soon? If its 6 weeks surely it couldnt be bad news?
