Pre cancerous cells in womb lining

Hii had biospy on 24 April  I have been told on the 18 may that I have pre cancerous cell in linking of my womb and will have to have a mri  scan i received my appointment for that today and go on 31 may is it normal for appointment to be this quick  i am 55 and been menopausal since I was 38

    Hi Angelmaggot

    I'm just waiting for an appointment for a hysteroscopy and biopsies I had an ultrasound on friday and have an area of thickening in the lining of the womb. I think that it's on the 2 week referral pathway but so far all of my appointments have been within a week or so of each other. 

    Fingers crossed that all goes well with the MRI. have they discussed treatment options with you yet?

    There are going to wait for mri results they said they can insert like a coil thing in womb which will hopefully thin the lining of the womb and kill cells who have to have another biopsy in 6 months  or they can remove my womb

    Hi I'm 53 and have also been menopausal since my 30's. I had my second biopsy on Friday for pre cancerous cells in womb. I find the biopsies so painful
