Hi, I’m looking for some advice please. For last 3 month I have had irregular period with bleeding in between. Then this month I have missed my period all together. I have now got lower abdomen pain travelling through to my back. Also now got some blood through my discharge . Urine sample negative . 4 negative pregnancy test. Tonight I felt some pressure in my rectum . Spoke to the dr last week who advised that all these symptom couldnbe just my body settling after having a baby 10 month ago. But my period were normal for months after giving birth . I had a smear in October which was normal . Don’t know what else to do ?
