Cervical Polyp

I’m 56 - postmenopause on HRT. I experienced bleeding for 3 weeks & after visiting the doctor discovered & had removed a cervical polyp (1 week ago - 08/05/19). I’m still bleeding, as advised I might be for some time, but I’m wondering if I can wear tampons now as I don’t like pads? Please advise.

    I had smear test last thur and nurse found polyp i got a gynaecologist referral  appointment threw today for next wed . Im glad i got appointment but worried about the outcome . Hope your results turn out ok . I would call your gp to ask about tampons .
