Hi everyone
I've come here in the hope that there are ladies who understand and maybe have been through similar.
I had a USS and they found a large cyst 10cm x 8 on my left ovary, this is mostly fluid filled but does contain tissue. I was telephoned the day after the scan to see GP who referred me under 2WW fast track referral. I was seen 1 week later by the Consultant 10.5.19 and they did the CA125 test and referred me for CT scan. The cons mentioned that I would have these tests and my results discussed 16.5.19 MDT meeting and then they would decide my treatment plan. I had the scan yesterday and I'm so anxious. The cons mentioned they may do chemo to shrink before removing! My heads all over the place, they don't know yet its malignant? Or do they? My own GP said they would remove and possibly my uterus.
Please has anybody been through similar and would the CT scan and bloods be enough to lnow this is malignant?
Thanks in advance
