So I have had a lump in my right breast for a while and recently I've also started feeling some moderate pain in the side where the lump is. I saw my GP yesterday and got a referral. 

I know there is no clear cut answers but here are my symptoms which to me read as definitely breast cancer. Could you say if you had the same symptoms and they turned out to be breast cancer or if they were a fibroadenoma or something similar?

in the upper outer part of the breast

doesn't move around

I also have breast implants, I'm a 33 year old mum of 3.
