Girls i need help/awnsers..

So i go for my first ever smear at 25 blah blah results finally came and it said I have high grade dysplasia or what ever.. had a biopsy and now it says I have CIN1 with HPV. So I have a read on Google as you do (obvs I no you shouldn't hahaha) and it says CIN1 is low grade if I'm correct. Soooooo my question is how can one minute something be high grade and next its low..

No other information on my letter just that they will be writing back to me about my management plan. My mind is going over drive.
