So I went to the breast clinic toady.

I had an ultrasound and she said all fine no need to see the doc again you can go home, but I still have no idea why I have the lump or why there is an indentation underneath but only when I lift my arm and it's not on the left one?

Will I get a letter or is that It I'm so confused??

  • Great news about the all clear mummyofthree although I'm sorry you've been left feeling you have no explanation for your symptoms or what happens next.

    Hopefully some of our ladies who have been through this process will share their experiences with you soon but if you'd like clarification on your situation it may be best to get in touch with the clinic or follow up with your doctor.

    Hi Mummyofthree,

    I am so sorry to hear that you have not been enlightened about your lump. Your GP should have had a report of the findings. Why not make an appointment to see him/her? If you are still no wiser, phone your breast care nurse and ask for clarification.

    At the very least you should have been told the results of your ultrasound. This is just not satisfactory.
